Safety & Parental Consent

Your Child's Safety Is Our Priority

At Ninja Academy Thailand, we are committed to providing a safe, structured, supportive, and exciting environment where children can develop physical abilities, confidence, discipline, independence, and resilience.

Our activities may include parkour, gymnastics, martial arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), obstacle courses, physical challenges, recreational games, and other supervised activities.

This Safety & Parental Consent Policy applies to all children entering or participating in activities at any Ninja Academy Thailand facility, including Ninja School Sathorn and Ninja Academy Ekamai.

Parents and legal guardians are requested to read and understand the following conditions before allowing their children to participate.

1. Participation & Physical Activities

Our programs involve physical activities that may include running, jumping, climbing, balancing, rolling, falling, grappling, and other movements requiring coordination, strength, and concentration.

Although activities are supervised and adapted to children's ages and abilities, participation involves inherent physical risks, including the possibility of falls, collisions, bruises, sprains, fractures, and other injuries.

By authorizing participation, parents or legal guardians acknowledge these inherent risks and understand that no physical activity can be guaranteed to be entirely risk-free.

2. Professional Supervision & Safety Rules

Ninja Academy Thailand implements safety procedures intended to reduce foreseeable risks.

Our coaches provide instructions, supervise activities, and adapt challenges according to participants' ages, abilities, and experience.

All children must:

  • Follow coaches' instructions and safety rules.

  • Respect other children, coaches, and facility equipment.

  • Participate only in activities authorized by their instructors.

  • Avoid dangerous, aggressive, or unauthorized behavior.

  • Inform a coach immediately if they feel unwell, uncomfortable, or injured.

For safety reasons, Ninja Academy Thailand reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or refuse participation when a child's behavior or physical condition presents an unacceptable risk.

3. Health Conditions, Allergies & Medical Information

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for informing Ninja Academy Thailand of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, disabilities, medications, or other health considerations that may affect their child's participation or require special precautions.

Children must not participate when experiencing fever, contagious illness, significant injury, or another condition that makes physical activity unsafe.

For children with severe allergies or medical conditions requiring emergency medication, parents must provide the necessary information, written instructions, and appropriately labeled medication in advance.

Ninja Academy Thailand may request additional medical information or confirmation before accepting a child into an activity when reasonably necessary for their safety.

4. Emergency Medical Assistance

In the event of an injury, illness, or medical emergency, our team will take reasonable steps to provide appropriate initial assistance and contact the parent or legal guardian as soon as practicable.

If urgent medical attention is considered necessary, parents or legal guardians authorize Ninja Academy Thailand to contact emergency medical services and arrange transportation to an appropriate medical facility when they cannot be reached immediately.

Medical decisions and treatment remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for medical and transportation expenses, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Supervision, Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Children participating in organized activities are supervised by our coaches during their scheduled sessions.

Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for ensuring that children are safely handed over to an authorized staff member and collected at the appropriate time.

Children must not be left unattended at our facilities outside an agreed supervised activity.

Parents must inform our team in advance if another person is authorized to collect their child.

6. Personal Belongings & Facility Rules

Children should wear appropriate sports clothing and bring any personal items required for their activities.

Parents are encouraged to avoid sending children with jewelry, valuables, or unnecessary personal belongings.

Ninja Academy Thailand is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings except where responsibility arises under applicable law.

All visitors must comply with our registration, access, safeguarding, and facility safety procedures.

7. Photography, Video & Privacy

Photography and video recording may take place during activities for coaching, safeguarding, operational documentation, and, where separately authorized, promotional purposes.

Personal information, photographs, and recordings will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

Consent for promotional use of a child's identifiable image or video is separate and optional. Refusing promotional consent will not prevent a child from participating in our regular activities.

8. Acknowledgment of Risk & Liability

Parents and legal guardians acknowledge that physical activities involve inherent risks, even when reasonable safety measures and professional supervision are provided.

By authorizing their child's participation, they voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with the activities.

Ninja Academy Thailand and Forever Young Lifestyle Co., Ltd. do not exclude or limit liability for negligence, misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Thai law.

This acknowledgment does not remove any legal rights or protections available to children, parents, or legal guardians.

9. Parental Consent & Authorization

By submitting the registration or consent form, the parent or legal guardian confirms that:

  • They are legally authorized to provide consent for the child.

  • They have read and understood this Safety & Parental Consent Policy.

  • They authorize the child to participate in appropriate supervised activities.

  • They have disclosed relevant health conditions and safety requirements.

  • They understand the inherent risks of physical activities.

  • They authorize reasonable emergency assistance as described above.

  • They agree to comply with the facility's safety, supervision, and registration procedures.

This policy applies to participation at all Ninja Academy Thailand facilities and activities, subject to applicable Thai law.
